Press Release

Retired Hastings Headmaster, Derek Cole, representing Rose Coppard, now stuck in Hospital, is now complaining to Norman Baker M.P. that other of his constituents also in Meadow Bank are being intentionally misled by the Surrey and Sussex Health Authority with a view to unlawfully seizing their homes and all their assets.

Another Meadow Bank family advised by Derek received the following - " The eligibility criteria for Surrey and Sussex have been agreed as legally compliant................and as " Coughlan compliant" by the solicitors who were involved with Miss Coughlan ."

Derek will tell Norman Baker that this is grossly misleading and intended to deceive. In an email to him, Pam Coughlan, who won free care from the Court of Appeal, describes current NHS criteria as a 'contempt of court'.

What her Solicitor actually said was - 'The Government should obey the Law.' (Nicola Mackintosh, BBC 2 Money Box, 13th Feb,2004)'.
